somethings I noticed now that I've turned 30...


Your belly touches your wife's belly first while commensing in the missionary position.

I could be your grandfather already.

You're not rich.

You still like to rub it out (at least something still works).

You're still putting new tricks in your bag (more than often replacing them for others)

You still can't play a fucking instrument for the life of you.

You have grays.

Your Pressure flip skills bewilder everyone you know...

Same with Impossibles.

You still have of a copy of Big Brother's first issue when it came in a cereal box full of goodies; gum, stickers, a foundation
condom, a lighter...etc.

Your parents still don't have a clue to your interests, hence, skateboarding...maybe because you're still locked with the
mentality that skateboarding should be underground and so you keep it from them for the most part.

You still scrap old decks when it comes down to it.

Your still daydream of it, when you should be concentrating on your work. Therefore, you probably should be working rather than
skateboarding.

Let's face it, you're washed up, but you can still turn it up on a rare occasion.

haha, i hear ya, Japan is still in its golden era...only bigger cities are get the exposure and I'm not in one of them, so
everything we have is make-shift to say the least, but leaves us with more creativity.

our local hero Kotatsu Watanabe runs City skateboards and the Circa shoe division out here, he keeps things going for everyone
here too, demos, BBQs, Jams...Tanaka Noboru left our district to help edit/film for Transworld Japan in Tokyo.

just tired of their system, everything has turned up better since I moved....people, treatment, lifestyle in general its almost
too perfect here its hard to digest

haha, my first board was a gator....and always had a board after ever since

and not saying im giving up of course.....been doing it so long, i gotta remain doing it for longevity.

i think there's a balance to all this
