Menace Skateboards was founded in the mid-1990s by Kareem Campbell. The original team consisted of Joey Suriel, Fabian Alomar, Eric Pupecki, and amateur Billy Valdes, who later turned professional. The lineup expanded with Lee Smith, Javier Nunez, and Steven Cales. Legal disputes forced the company to change its name to MNC, then All-City, and finally City Stars. Show less
