Hometown: Whitby, Ontario, Canada Born and raised in Canada, TJ Rogers found his passion for skateboarding at a young age after an impromptu push from pro skaters during a demo in 1999. With early support from friends and his grandmother—who bought him his first Santa Cruz deck—he began a journey that would take him from local skate spots to the global stage. Despite growing up far from California's skateboarding hub, TJ worked tirelessly to build a name for himself, eventually turning pro and signing with Red Bull. In 2022, TJ faced his greatest challenge yet: a diagnosis of testicular cancer. Throughout treatment, he continued to skate, using the sport as both therapy and motivation.
